This Privacy Policy applies to Calc-o-Bots game(s), website(s) and service(s) on which it is placed (“Services“) and informs about information we collect, use and disclose about our users, including you. If you live in the European Union, we inform you that our Services are provided in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

We collect and use your information internally and will never disclose your information, unless demanded by law, described in the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy addresses two kinds of information: (1) personal information, and (2) anonymous information. Personal information identifies you and includes, for example, your name, telephone number, address, email address and other information that you provide to us. Anonymous information does not identify you, such as statistical data about how you use the Services, and can be combined with anonymous information about other users.

What data do we collect?

Visitors of the website

Everytime you visit the website, we collect information from you computer system as provided by your client application (i.e. browser):

• User-Agent information
• Country of origin (based on IP-address)
• Browser-resolution
• If you are a recurring visitor
• Additional information for the correct usage of elements on the website (like togglable menu’s and lists)

Personal information

We only collect and use personal information of our users insofar as this is necessary to provide the Services:

• Unique Identifier (we generate this automatically)
• Name
• Email (used as the primary identifier!)
• Bit amount (ingame currency)
• Google ID (if you login with Google Sign In)
• Facebook ID (if you login with Facebook Sign In)

Anonymous Information / Analytics

• Login / Logout
• Which game mechanic is used on which moment (activating powers etc.)
• Creating / Joining a game session
• Disconnect / Kicked from a game session
• Tutorial Funnels
• Popularity of game boards

How we use your information

We use your personal and anonymous information internally for purposes that include:

• Keeping track of ingame currency amount;
• Improving the game based on conclusions we make out of the statistical data;
• Providing Services to you, such as hosting and displaying information, providing updates, developing, improving or expanding the Services and addressing technical issues;
• Possibly serve you advertisements, sometimes provided by third parties, on the Services, as well as for marketing and promotional purposes;
• Send Service-related push notifications to your device;
• Establish and maintain your account on the Services and to protect the security of your account;
• Provide customer support or to resolve customer issues;
• Inform you of changes to the Services, such as outages, suspensions or other material changes, which could occur through email or a push notification sent to your device

Note! When you use a social media sign in option, the providers of the sign in are most certainly storing information about you.

Cookies and Third Party Services

The cookies stored, by our own system on your computer, are used for internal usage that make the Service work better (example: not showing you a welcome screen the second time you visit our website).

Other cookies that are stored on your computer are from third parties like Google and Facebook, even when you don’t use any of those sign in.

Requesting Data Deletion

If you, as a user, would like to apply for Data Deletion - a request in which you ask us to delete al information about you on our systems - you must send us the following information:

• Your registered Calc-o-Bots email address
• The current amount of "Bits" in your account (needed for additional check)
• When was the last time you've played the game (needed for additional check)

Note! Upon deletion, all your ingame items will also be deleted! When re-registering, these items cannot be retrieved again!
